Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. Because the product is digital, you keep the file, but we ask that you stop using and sharing it after a refund.

Email support@thestableshorse.com from the address used at checkout, with the word “Refund” in the subject. Include your name and, if you have it, the receipt number from Stripe.

Requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you simply did not receive the file, you do not need a refund — contact us and we will re-send your download link right away.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. In almost every case we can resolve the issue faster directly.
